There were a couple of instances of cut feet from broken or missing tiles in the communal pool during the summer. When I looked I thought the grouting had deteriorated (the white filler in the spaces between the tiles), but on closer inspection it is obvious that our pool was never grouted from original construction. I have asked the Administrators to check to see if it is under any guarantee but it is likely that we may need to decide to drain and regrout the entire pool at community expense. |
